Forked RunJettyRun on GitHub

I have forked the run-jetty-run project at Google Code to support VM Arguments to specify the jetty.xml file. The update site for this and future versions is also being maintained at GitHub. The project was also rebuilt to use Maven which should allow the plugin to be built out of the box.
